Meet Vernon, a rescued senior cat
This handsome boy is a 17 year old senior cat. He was hoping his owners would come find him. Turns out that they "didn't want the old kitty" back - but that didn't stop us from stepping in a rescuing him.
The Lancaster Shelter in California had him listed as 3 years old, but it turned out he was 13 to 17 years of age.
